20 weeks movement

Hi all, I'm 20 weeks and 4 days with a baby girl. Just wondering how much people are feeling their little ones move now. I have a few days where she's non stop and then a few days where I'm not feeling her so much then I start to worry and panic. Is this normal movement for this stage of pregnancy??

It is normal. 20 weeks is still earlyish. Depends where your placenta is also. Mine is at the front so it harder to feel movements

Yes normal for this stage which is why they don't get you to count kicks yet. They have room to shift still so can kick into nothing whereas from 28 (I think) weeks they're more likely to hit your uterus at any point

Yes, this is completely normal as they have lots of room at this stage and can move into positions where you can’t feel them.

That being said, if you get really worried then it’s always best to call the midwife and get them to check the heartbeat. They won’t monitor you until
at least 27 weeks but can listen to the heartbeat.

It's very normal. Is it your 1st baby? I felt no movements with my 1st till I was around 24 weeks! (placenta at the front), then it was about 18 weeks with my 2nd and now with my 3rd I've been feeling movements since 14 weeks😅

My eldest is a girl, she's 14 and my son is 8. I'm due 10th Jan xx
