can't remember if taken folic acid today....

am 8 weeks - shall I take another tablet or will that harm the baby? I just can't remember taking it this morning as I had slight ms.

If I'm not sure I don't take another - I don't reckon missing a day would cause any bother and prob better than OD'ing on vitamins!

I was on a high dose of folic acid (5mg I think on prescription) which worked out the equivalent of several standard dose tablets each day. So I think it would be fine to take an extra one just in case.
