First trimester exhaustion

Hey ladies,

I'm around 10 weeks pregnant now, and the exhaustion is real. I've had yesterday and today off work and I have done absolutely nothing but lie on the settee, I feel like I've got no energy at all. Is this normal and when should I expect to feel better?

This is my first little munchkin x

Yes very normal. I could have easily napped between naps during most of the first trimester. Then one day I went the whole day without one (unintentionally) and things were back to relative normality.

Super normal! But get your iron, vitamin D and b12 checked out just to make sure low levels aren't making you even more exhausted than you need to be x

Right there with you except its my second time around and I'd forgotten how exhausting it is! Take naps whilst you have the chance - I keep trying to get my toddler to play sleeping games with no luck!

Totally normal. I remember being face down on my desk in the office and not knowing how I'd get myself to the car to drive home. It passes!

I'm 9 weeks and just woken up from a spontaneous 30 minute nap. Hope work didn't notice!!!🙏
