I'm 22 weeks pregnant today, and booked an appointment with a women's health consultant as I suspected I was getting my pelvic floor exercises wrong. Suspicions were right, but during the appointment I just couldn't get them right!
I'm so frustrated and disheartened. Has anyone else had issues with finding and using the muscles right, and found something that works? I've read about things like the Elvie exersizer, but don't want to invest if its not going to help!
