Been stupid and worried about listeriosis

I am 20weeks+4. Yesterday afternoon I was stupid and ate 2/3rds a tub of pork liver pate. I haven't had pate the rest of the pregnancy but I guess I just weakened because I had a shit day with my mental health. Last night I got chills, a bit feverish, and some stomach cramps before bed. Had a fitful night's sleep and today have had diarrhoea all day and in the last hour started to get really cold again. No fever symptoms or cramps, but lots of tummy rumbling. This morning I put it down to an upset tummy but now it's over 24 hours I am starting to panic and suspect listeriosis.

I have always been reticent to call the doctor and I don't want it to just turn out to be a stomach bug. My husband had a bit of the pate too and ate the same other meals as me yesterday and is fine. We both are also Covid positive with no other symptoms - I have had Covid twice before and only similar thing is chills, but maybe it's the symptoms of both, I don't know.

Should I wait and see or am I being too relaxed and need to call 111?

I would say it’s definitely the covid symptoms.. I know loads of people who have had covid with no symptoms and covid with symptoms, it’s different every time.
