So on on Sunday last week my ms started, I went to hospital and was on a drip got sent home with tablets and diagnosed with hg. Since coming home I have had excruciating cramps, almost like poo cramps some by my belly button some low down. All of this was accompanied with a slight lower back ache. Tonight I had a really really bad cramp like a contraction and I had to go for a poo sorry tmi. It was very very watery 🤦♀️ since going I've had pains in both sides of my groin straight away, then in my left thigh and now in my lower back. However the cramps in my belly have eased somewhat. I'm 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and have a scan booked for Wednesday. I went for an early one and was measuring 5 days behind and only gestational sac and yolk sac could be seen and a 2mm fetal pole. So basically what I'm asking does this sound like bowel related or an impending mc? Still go extra sore boobs amd probably would have sickness but have been taking antisickness meds. I'm not bleeding just normal pregnancy discharge. Really appreciate if someone could advise me and put my mind at ease! Thank you
