Feeling overwhelmed

Hi there I'm feeling overwhelmed and wondered if anyone had any advice. I'm 32 week, have an 18 month yo, work full time, am.having a c sec at 37 weeks due to a few higher risk things and have to move house in the next month although we still don't havent exchanged/fixed a completion date.
It all.seems so impossible right now and I'm so worried about going into labour early (which is a risk and why we are doing csec at 37). Family aren't local and we have friends I can leave the 18 month old with but not in the new area..moving nursery's is also going to be a nightmare. My partner is trying to be supportive but he's finding it stressful too. I just can't see how it's all going to happen. I don't suppose there is a magic answer but wonder if anyone can relate?

That’s a lot for anyone to deal with!
I think the best thing you can do is write things down in order of priority and try and come up with a plan.
