Pregnancy back support belt

I’m only 24 weeks and my back is killing. What pregnancy belt do you recommend? I don’t want one that made me feel hot and sticky but need one with good support for my back. I think it’s bloat rather than baby but still hurts my back

Can anyone recommend a belt please?

I bought this one from Amazon, I found it really helpful, I'm 30 weeks now and I've not been needing it for the last few weeks, I think as my bump has got higher it's taken them pressure off my back... I'm maybe talking rubbish though!

When I had a bad back in pregnancy my consultant told me not to get a back support belt as it makes your muscles weaker and you're only going to get bigger. She gave me exercises to do and they did help. I would speak to your midwife if you're not consultant led to see what help they can give you.
