Feeling of UTI

I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant and have really felt the urge to pee more, it feels a bit like a UTI, I occasionally get lower left side back pain and when I pee, it doesn’t feel empty. I’ve had a urine sample sent to the labs but it’s come back normal. Has anyone else experienced this, could it just be a pregnancy symptom?

Hey, im 10 weeks pregnant and I had what the midwives thought was a uti twice already however both times my sample came back with no infection. The 2nd time the doctor said it could be constipation as your bowels expand and press on your bladder which can make it feel sore and also stop it from emptying properly. I had left sided pain and she said that's where you get bowel pain when constipated. I suppose you'll know how regular you've been 😂😂 xx

I had this and tests came back clear till I went to a private doctor who left the sample in the lab longer. I had a uti and another bacterial infection. Thankfully antibiotics cleared it.
