Hi so over the last 18 months I’ve had three miscarriages (two natural before six weeks and one blighted ovum which I had surgical management at 8 weeks). While waiting for my appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic I had read online about using progesterone cream in the TWW so gave it a try this month thinking my appointment was months away. Yesterday I found out my appointment is next week and I also got an early BFP (still faint at 10DPO but def there). I’m still going to take the appointment as I know how hard they are to get and ask advice but feel a bit embarrassed about self medicating myself with progesterone cream!
has anyone else used progesterone cream? Assume I just keep applying it now until 12 weeks? Or maybe the consultant will prescribe progrestrone pessaries?
