Hi everyone 👋, I had a missed miscarriage treated at the hospital last week,I had surgical management scheduled but after taking pills all went quickly and I passed the pregnancy before the surgery, got all my scans and had been checked internally ( very traumatising examination), discharged home once doctors said the miscarriage was complete. Few days after I got cramps/contractions similar to labour ones, I started to pass clots that looked just like tissue, also developed fever and ended up with two antibiotics. I still feel pain in one side of my uterus. I think there must be some tissue left , that was too small for them to see on a scan. I was told to do pregnancy test in 3 weeks time , but I want to pass anything that is still there naturally. Is there some herbs or methods that I can use at home. I can't bare 3 weeks more of this torture. Anyone had similar experience?

Raspberry leaf tablets to help womb contract but really sounds to me you should be back in for a surgical management X

Thank you for prompt response. I am calling early pregnancy everyday now, they said I should finish my antibiotics course and check if still showing positive after 3 weeks , they won't do nothing else for me as two doctors checked and they said it's complete . My GP said it looks like infection but couldn't even take a swab all was so swallen and sore and she said if anything is left it must have been too small for them to be detected. She prescribed two antibiotics to cover all possible bacteria. 😥

I'm really sorry, I recently had the op and have had many 😞 I wish you a healing recovery X

So sorry to hear that😔I hope you are recovering well, was remaining tissue visible on the scan? I can feel something there irritating me all the time, I'm sure there is something left, and it's only on one side , I had same sensation on both sides and felt pain and contractions at the same time, but I passed it and felt instant relief. Now contractions stopped so I wanted to induce them to get rid of what's left and causes that infection and discomfort.

I think I would want to be seen again if I had pain in a specific place. I just remember being in a lot of pain with some of my miscarriages, one I had retained tissue that was only pea sized but really caused so much pain. I passed it eventually, and had huge clots X

Did you find any natural remedy that worked?
