Baxton hicks or labour?

How do you know the difference between Baxton hicks & labour about to start?

3 days ago I lost a lot off white discharge ( looked like my plug) since then I’ve have a lot off pressure down below that hurts when I lift my leg up & today I’ve been getting a lot off tightening sometimes they hurt sometimes they don’t - is this labour about to start or just Baxton hicks?

Time will tell

The thing is I'm only 36 & 4 & having her Saturday anyway but my OH & brith partner need to be informed if this could be the start

Braxton Hicks are painless, contractions are very different xx

Sometimes they do but not always but it's more uncomfortable then anything
