Pregnancy of Unknown Location

I found out I was pregnant on 1st August and as you can imagine me and my partner were over the moon.
On Tuesday 9th August I started to bleed this was only on wiping and continued intermittently for about 5 days. No pain. (Hoping this is only implantation bleeding)
I went to the early pregnancy clinic yesterday for an internal ultrasound and they couldn’t find anything :( my HCG level was taken and it came back at 506.
I am due to go back tomorrow 16th August for a repeat test with the hope my levels have raised.
according to last period I should be 6weeks 2days but if I go by when I had peak ovulation from test then I’m only 4weeks 2 days.

The wait is absolutely killing me and I just hope to god my HCG levels have raised and I’m just too early to see on scan.

So with HCG at 506 there won't be anything visible on a scan, I believe it has to be above 2000 to be able to see anything. Hopefully your level increases over the next few days!

If you're only just over 4 weeks, there's no way they'd see anything on a scan yet. Fingers and toes crossed things develop well for you.

I had loads of implantation bleeding followed by a few episodes of spotting throughout my first trimester. Hope all is well and you were just a bit too early for a scan.

Hi, I had this with my twins. I went back repeatedly for bloods until they were high enough and we could see something :) it's just classed as unknown location right now as there's nothing to see because of HCG levels so they can't be 100% sure baby is in the right place

Any update OP?

Sorry never replied to this lady's.
I unfortunately did have miscarriage and I am currently going through an ectopic.
Absolutely broken and lost xx
