So I don't know if I'm just over thinking this but I'm now really worried.
I'm 13 weeks 4 days today. I've just been to the loo and when I wiped there was two tiny tiny bright red blood clots. When I looked I have what looks like a pimple on the outside, it looks like maybe this had been bleeding but I honestly can't tell and it's making me so scared! There was nothing when I pushed pee out again and nothing in the toilet. I know I may be over thinking this but is it even possible for clots to come out of a spot? 😞 I've had previous miscarriages and im on cyclogest but im just really stressed now. Im not in any pain apart from shooting pains in my vagina (but I've had this on and off from the beginning, they only last a second or two)
I've had my 12 week scan and they said everything was perfect. Im just so so worried.
