Hi, has anyone had all three of there dopplers raised? I’m having scans weekly to check on baby which is good, apparently my baby’s not getting enough blood flow to him from my placenta so not growing we’ll bless him! I’m 34+2 weeks, the plans to get me to 37 weeks or slightly longer. Got a fetal medicine scan on Monday for more informal measurements, does anyone no what raised PI stands for? I'm being monitor very closely and weekly, but can't help but feel worried as baby's not growing! Got to continue aspirin till 36 week.

Thanks Charlotte

PI is something to do with the blood flow resistance in the cord, so the lower the number the better, lower resistance = more blood flow.
I hope all goes well I'm sure you're in the right hands !! I also have to have weekly scans now too to check babies growth and Doppler scans

It stands for pulsatility index, although I would recommend not googling it as google often scares people with worse case scenarios.

If the PI is above the 95th centile it’s abnormal and indicates restricted blood flow. You are being closely monitored so that’s great. I hope you have been advised to monitor baby’s movements closely and contact with any signs of concerns.
