13 weeks and funny belly pains

Hi,

I am due with my second but that was 8 years ago.

I am 13 weeks and have been having all over belly pains, not abdomen or period like pains more like overall kinda piercing pain. It only happens now and again, but when i does my bely goes really hard and almost inflates....???? and is painful if I move about. Lasts for about 1 mins then goes.

Is this normal?

Yeah, I had BH in my second pregnancy from about 12 weeks, it can and does happen

And I am sure they will stay as BH, I was 41 weeks when I had him

It could also be round ligament pains - sometimes when your ligaments stretch if it hurts you tense up - hence everything feeling hard. I also got excruciating pain in my first pregnancy from internal stitches from a laporoscopy tearing . If you've had previous abdo surgery, things can get stretched to painful points fairly early on.
