Hi so I’m just looking for a bit of advice on people’s experiences, I’m 4 weeks 3 days with my first pregnancy. For the last 3 days I have been cramping, not constant but quite a lot and they go from mild to occasionally quite painful like a bad period pain. No bleeding at all and apart from sore boobs no other pregnancy symptoms. Are these pains normal or should I be worried?

I had full on period type cramps every day up to wk6 and even then had them couple times a week the whole first trimester! Was constantly checking to see if period had arrived but i think its very normal as theres a lot happening in there those first few months ❤️

I am 6w1d pregnant. I have had strong period cramps since a couple of days after BFP. I don't think the cramps are anything to worry about.

My problem is now, I've not had them since about 2pm yesterday and now I'm panicking that I don't have them! I have had 3 previous losses around this time so naturally I'm worried the lack of cramps in bad news.

Hi OP cramping was the first proper symptom of pregnancy for me — though I kept thinking my period was due every time it happened!

I’m now 18 weeks and still get cramping every so often. I wouldn’t worry unless it’s very painful or you’re bleeding.

Thank you that’s reassuring, such a scary time the early days!!

I'm nearly 19 weeks and still having on/off mild cramps so please try not to worry unless it's unbearable and accompanied by bleeding! Your uterus and lining all stretching which feels similar x
