So I'm 5+3 today and have been spotting slightly!

At about 3 weeks I had slight spotting which I put down to implantation bleeding, then tested positive.

Then yesterday I had slight pinky/red spotting only when wiping after a bowel movement (sorry TMI!). It was definitely blood from the front though. Then the same today? It's only there when I wipe after going to the toilet!

Should I be worried? It's obviously too early for a scan. Anyone else had this? I had a slight backache when I woke up this morning too, but it's gone now.

I did another test on Tuesday (at 5w) and it said 3+.

I had the same all throughout my first trimester, she’s 22 months now 😊
I did call the midwife who booked a scan at 6 weeks at the epu which ruled out ectopic but could only see a sac and yolk, went back at 8 weeks and could see the baby!
