I have a 3 & 5 year old and thinking about trying for number 3.
I am having a nervous panic about getting through the winter pregnant with all the bad covid/flu and everything else going on!! Please tell me if will all be ok. I don’t know what’s wrong with me!

I’m thinking of trying for another too and dreading the same thing as I work in a school 🤦🏼‍♀️ There’s been very little mentioned about covid vaccines in my area recently and I didn’t get it while pregnant last time as I only had a few weeks to go by the time they said they’d decided it was safe for pregnant women. I just want to get vaccinated before getting pregnant though if we need another dose this winter

Same! Have they announced what the situation is yet? I had heard over 50s and vulnerable groups are being offered a booster?

I got pregnant around the middle of Jan this year and haven’t really had any cold or flu bugs (didn’t get my flu vaccine in time). My husband and 3yo both had covid in March and I didn’t catch it from them despite sleeping in the same bed (I have already had covid twice though). I hope this puts your mind at ease- I don’t think it’s definite that you would catch anything, and I think people are being more cautious still so avoid seeing people socially if they are under the weather.

I was pregnant all through last winter and didn’t catch any colds/flu or covid. My DH brought covid home on the 23rd of December and I still didn’t catch it. I also had two vaccines whilst pregnant and everything was absolutely fine.
