19 weeks 2 days havent felt anything yet?

Is this normal?this is my first pregnancy and just wondered if I should have by now?

This is my first pregnancy too, I didn't feel anything that I could definately say was the baby until at least 22/23 weeks. I wouldn't worry, you will feel it soon enough That said, I did worry a bit too until I had my 20 week scan and saw that everything was ok; I guess you will be having that soon?

I didn't feel anything until about week 25/6 which is quite late.

Hi, it was 21 weeks for me with my 1st pregnancy and I'm barely feeling anything now (20+3 weeks) with my second. My recent scan showed that my placenta was right in front of my belly which may be cushioning the kicks! Hope that's reassuring.

oh still early, don't worry

if you lie down on your side quietly for a while and eat something sugary you may feel some little flutters

but it is perfectly normal to have not felt anything

Thanks, yes my scan is next wednesday just seems ages away yet so thought id ask on here, not sure what im waiting to feel?afraid I might miss it.

No worries - Its perfectly normal to feel like this!

My first pg too and I did not feel anything until 22 weeks and felt exactly the same way - drove my friends mad (3 of us all pg at same time) as was last to feel anything. Then when I felt it, I realised that I had felt the same thing much earlier, I just did not recognise it for what it is!!

I am 19 weeks and 2 days too and so far felt nothing than a couple of stomach lurches so I think its pretty normal not to feel anything yet. my 20 wk scan is next Tuesday
