I used it for a week when my baby was about seven months. It did help actually but not as effective as just offering the boob more times a day.

I recently sold mine on ebay.

Not worth the money in my opinion.
The whole concept of it is good but the actual suction and time frame it takes to fill up the milk takes ages. And by that time the battery dies so u have to charge

I personally don’t think the Elvie has enough power to increase supply. You want to be ‘power pumping’ with something like the spectra S1 hospital grade pump. I’ve heard good things about the Bellababy pump on Amazon for about £50 but not used it myself.

You can hire a medela symphony hospital grade pump for £47 per month. Its a very powerful pump. If you only need it for a short period, it might be the most cost effective.
