Hi looking for advice am 12 weeks pregnant but the only symptoms ill have sore breast have disappeared ive already had 2 scans and all be fine dont have my scan to next thursday just really anxious 2nd pregnancy last one was ectopic thanks

If you've had 2 scans then they'll have confirmed the baby is in your womb, it can't move out and become ectopic now. And it's totally normal to not have many symptoms, or for them to disappear at around 10 weeks.
I found I got less anxious when the movements started, so try not to worry and just enjoy not feeling sick 😊

I had two scans (6 and 8 weeks) due to bleeding and both times a healthy heartbeat detected

Week 8-9 i had very strong symptoms and would vomit on average 3 times a day.. At week 9 and half all symptoms went.. I honestly did not feel pregnant or connected to the pregnancy.. I honestly believed there was something wrong. I managed to get through to my dating scan which was yesterday and saw a very active baby who would keep turning on their stomach to the sides.. I was honestly shocked that theres so much movement and yet i dont feel or even look pregnant and this is the complete opposite to my only full term pregnancy

Jus wanted to share my story, and say its absolutely normal for symptoms to die down around 9-10 weeks as the placenta takes over and also not every woman gets symptoms or as strong (lucky us)
