Miscarriage tests while pregnant?

Hi,
I’ve just found out that I’m pregnant (4weeks, 3days) after 4 previous MMC. I am on progesterone (prescribed) and aspirin (self-prescribed). I have not been seen at recurrent miscarriage clinic yet as waiting list is so long, and haven’t had any tests for NK cells or autoimmune issues. Is there anything I can ask for at this stage or should all tests be done pre-pregnancy?

I was referred to recurrent miscarriage clinic when I found out I was pregnant and I have had extra scans and progesterone but no-one has mentioned any tests etc. I have just assumed it was too late to do anything for this pregnancy.

Yeah I kind of assume it’s too late for this pregnancy too but wanted to check. Would hate to lose this pregnancy too only to be told in a few weeks that injections or steroids might have helped but that the tests just weren’t done in time. The EPU clinic are to call me back tomorrow, hopefully they can advise.
