Can you recommend any weight training or yoga / Pilates classes on YouTube, Amazon Prime or that I can buy? Thank you

Depends on how you feel in yourself.
I had horrific sickness from 6-15 weeks so a gentle walk was about as much as I could manage.
I then did as much activity as my fatigued state would let me. There's so much on free stuff on YouTube I never bothered signing up for any classes. You might find you have endless energy so can be really active or tiredness could literally cripple you post 6pm. I tried to keep up with my pre-pregnancy routine and just dropped the odd day as things became too much.
Now at week 28 and I've switched to swim and aqua classes. Bump is heavy so water helps massively (also doing anything on hot swollen feet is pretty uncomfortable!).
Personally I wouldn't commit financially to too much, you might be fine now but feeling totally different in 4 weeks. Also check out some workout sheets on Pinterest if your happy just to pop some tunes on and work under your own steam x

Thanks.

i was very tired in the first trimester of my 1sr pregnancy, had to go to sleep at 7pm. Discovered I having low iron and was borderline anemic.

my iron levels are fine now and I don’t feel too tired. It depends if I get a good sleep with my daughter but anyway much better.

I'm going for walk/runs atm and will try to find stuff on YouTube too.

@CristinaNov182 take a look at the Fiton app. Loads of free workouts and they have an antenatal section.
