When did everyone get their pregnancy notes im almost 16 weeks and still haven't had my pregnancy notes. My midwife got me to download badger notes is that the same thing? As there's nothing on the badger app im confused as this is my first pregnancy and thought I would've got my notes by now?

Got mine at my 8 week booking in appointment, the orange book, and i have to take them with me to every appointment

I got mine at my booking appt but my hospital doesn't use the badger app, but have loads of friends that used the badger app that had everything in. Maybe call up midwife's to ask as there might be something you need to do to access it all xx

@Youcancallmeirrelevant do you have to ask? I don't understand because I had my appointment with my midwife at about 6/7 weeks and didn't get them then either? I'm hoping at my 16 week appointment with the midwife she gives me them but do you think I'm better of asking?

I didn’t get told to download the badger app until I was 20 weeks. I didn’t have notes and some consultants were rubbish for uploading them. I contacted my midwife who apologised and gave me everything she could ( I had a different midwife at the beginning) It wasn’t until my baby was born I realised I was meant tk have a booklet of notes. Technically didn’t need them throughout but would have been easier.

@CoolBananas21 I have logged in and there's my history on there but she's not updated anything about my recent scan or anything. I think she may do it at my next appointment. Saying that my midwife hasn't been much help! I try message her or ring and I never get a reply so maybe I just have a terrible midwife lol😂 thank you for the reply xx

@Hiddenvoice I'll have to mention it to her soon then, she hasn't even got in touch with me about when my 16 week appointment is she's so hard to get in touch with! I'll ask her about it when I see her then thanks for the reply x

You're pregnancy notes will be within the badger notes app if that is what your hospital uses: transitioning away from paper notes in my health board and moving over to badger notes. Have a look through the app there should be section which include information from your booking appointment and any other appointments which you have had. After baby is born your post natal notes will also be included within this app. Xx

@ttc2603 everything should be on badger notes but sometimes your notes are uploaded but they forget to publish them so you see them. This happened to me with test results.just mention it to midwives see what's happening

My trust uses Badger Notes, although it’s slow to update with all scan dates. I was also given a paper purple folder - not clear me to me if they expect me to file additional letters/test results into it myself.

Nobody asked to see my purple folder at my nuchal scan. I called EPU about something and they needed my hospital number which is helpfully right on the front of my purple folder - much easier than digging around in Badger Notes, but I assume it’s on there too.
