Cervical Stitch

Hi,
I was diagnosed with a short cervix and had to have a stitch put in at 22 weeks.

I'm currently 27+4 and plans are to have it taken out at 36 weeks.

To anyone who has had this done it and successfully remove at 36 weeks, how soon after did you go into labour?

Thanks!

There's a couple of really good Facebook groups for ladies with short/incompetent cervices. Incompetent cervix UK, and I think there's a pregnancy-related one. I have a TAC so a bit different but all the ladies there talk about stitch removal and labour onset. Congratulations on getting to 27 weeks!
