Hi all,

This is my 5th pregnancy now - sadly, the previous 4 all ended in miscarriages around 5-6 weeks.

I'm currently very early (around 4+3). Have dull cramping since yesterday afternoon and very faint pink spotting so I went to the A&E this morning (the only way to get seen at my EPU) where they measured my HCGs - and they're at 20, which is just so low :(

I know it's the 48hrs-after number that will matter, but given my previous 4 MCs, this is feeling a bit hopeless.

Does anyone have any hope-giving stories with low HCGs? Any encouragement is welcome at this point!

Thanks so much
xx

I’m sorry, I have no reassuring stories, just to say I hope things all worked out x

Hi there, I was wondering how did things pan out for you? I am in a similar position now. Several miscarriages... I tested positive last week but since my tests have become fainter and fainter, digital even went from 1 - 2 weeks a few days ago to not pregnant yesterday. My first bloods were at 37 and waiting for results of my second blood test now. I have mild cramping and back ache but no bleeding at all. I still have some pregnancy symptoms, fatigue, sore breasts and some tests are still showing the absolute faintest line... very scared and anxious . I hope things worked out for you xx
