Travel sickness in pregnancy

Hey,

I've never got travel sick before but since I've been pregnant I seem to get sick in the car or travelling (but that's the only time)! Is this normal?

I'm a bit worried as I have a works trip coming up which is on a boat! I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do or take to help? I don't fancy throwing up everywhere infront of my work colleagues! I've also not told anyone I'm pregnant so that doesn't help and I'm not yet ready to tell people 😭 I'm 12 weeks 5 days! Help!

Following as I’m in the same boat! I’m 22+5 and it’s only really started the past couple of weeks but I have a 7 hour car journey coming up which I’m not looking forward to!

It's horrible isn't it 😭 I think I'm gonna try and get an appointment with the doctor and just see if they'll give me any anti sickness drugs for the day. Might be worth trying too if you can? X
