Hey.
Probably will just be whatever I think is best but due stock take in 2 week which then I'll be 22week pregnant it involved leaning in freezers - counting stock - sometimes obviously you taking the food in and out to count it varying what it is ..
Do you think that's too much to be doing or should I be okay for now - don't have a big bump or anything . Like it's not just one freezer - like 9 it can take 2+ hours sometimes . What your opinions ?

I’d avoid that if possible - 2 hours bending down is a long time. You could strain your back and around your bump. Have they performed a health and safety assessment yet?

If you're fit and healthy I'd say you're grand, maybe check with GP first. I was painting skirting boards at 38 weeks and it was fine. Actually think all the movement helped me stay flexible but I'd been doing yoga too so it probably depends on how active you are in general..

That sounds absolutely fine to do, barely strenuous, I wouldn't even think twice about it.

I'd do it, probably do more bending and lifting looking after toddler 🤣
