Hi, i’m not 35+3 and i’ve been having growth scan every 2 weeks since 28 weeks - measuring small.

I was overweight at booking in and i’ve not checked my weight since as i was embarrassed. Checked today and i weigh 2lbs more! It seems to be really low? Anyone else experienced this?

If you're overweight ideally you wouldn't want to gain much, your energy requirements have increased and if you're not eating more you won't put on weight and baby will take what it needs from you regardless. I wouldn't worry about it affecting babys growth though maybe mention it at your next appointment if you're worried.
I didn't put on much, was lighter after birth than pre pregnancy - was a nice bonus really as could have done with dropping some weight.

It's not really a problem to not put on weight so long as you're eating healthily and consistently. Plenty of women loose at the start due to sickness then put it back on. It would be more worrying if you lost weight late on though, I'd be tempted to weigh myself weekly but it's probably not necessary.
