Ovarian Cyst

Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant and I went for an early scan at 5 weeks, they told me I had a cyst on my right ovary but it was completely normal during early pregnancy and that it would disappear at around 16 weeks. I went for my 7 week scan today and the nurse said she wanted to check what type of cyst it was on my ovary with the doctor, they said it was a binocular cyst (not sure if I have spelt that right) but said this type of cyst doesn’t rupture it can, in VERY rare cases, twist. Causing ovarian torsion. It is only 10mm which I believe is 1cm but I am just concerned this is my only working ovary left and my first child, just wondering if anyone else had one of these cysts? It seems cysts are normal but for some reason the cyst they have told me about I cannot find any information on and just want someone else to reassure me! X
