I can't even imagine how hard that would be after so much loss. I haven't had that experience but we had loads of scares with this pregnancy that I feel like I can't fully trust it until I have a real life born baby. I think recognising that what you are feeling is absolutely normal and anyone would feel that way is important. And also just doing whatever you can that gives you a bit of space and peace, I've been doing yoga and meditation, focusing on practising calming breathing and all the hypnobirthing stuff that recommends you surround yourself with positive birth stories to remind you that things go well, I've found that helps keep the worry in check. You could also speak to your midwife about how to manage the anxiety. I know a few people who've used a mc support group and found it really helpful just to talk to someone who understood and who'd been in a similar situation but it's just figuring out what works for you. You deserve to have the joy and excitement that comes with pregnancy too so as terrifying as it is I'd try to make space for that in whatever way you feel comfortable with. I really hope all goes well for you, its a great sign that your scans have been so positive so far 💕

@Cw122
Thank you for that lovely reply, it's so hard, I have never got past ten weeks so the furtherest I have ever been, just wish I could start to enjoy it, hoping aftet Friday I can breath abit, I have been feeling flutters but nothing much as my placenta is at the front so that's blocking them, so hoping when they kick in I can get reassurance from them congratulations on your pregnancy and hope sll is going well x
