Hi! I’m only about 10 weeks pregnant and my sickness is through the roof, I’m exhausted and just looking for any tips! I already have a soon to be 2 year old DD, me and DH work full time, I’m still breastfeeding and I’m just so damn tired which ends up making the sickness worse.
I just called in sick to work today because I knew my body needed a rest and although I felt sick I wasn’t sick, but soon as I picked my girl up from nursery and after a slightly difficult bedtime (she was very overtired) I had to run to be sick. It’s like any kind of “overdoing it” makes me need to be sick. But it’s not overdoing it, it’s literally just being a parent, and I’m at a loss at how to navigate this! My partner was working until 7pm tonight and takes about half an hour to get home so that’s why he couldn’t do bedtime or anything, he’s taken on the majority of the housework and stuff and is being super helpful and takes our DD out swimming on Sunday mornings to give me a rest etc but I just am looking for ideas on how to help my own sickness/general health. Thank you!
