If there is anyone who could share some advice id be very appreciative...

I am 17+3 weeks pregnant with my 2nd.
Since around 8 weeks i have been suffering with the most horrendous headaches and migraines which pre pregnancy i never had issues with. And never suffered with in my first pregnancy.
Im at my wits end as to how to deal with them.
I have increased Food and fluid intake, paracetamol when needed, even the forehead cold strips.
BP is textbook levels.

My Midwife does seem to concerned at present as not far enough along to worry about pre eclampsia.

If anyone has any hints, tips, anything that will help ease these headaches im all ears

Many thanks in advance 😊

I feel for you as a fellow sufferer! With mine very little seems to help sometimes, paracetomol doesn’t touch it. 4head roll or a cold flannel can take the edge of and having a nap. Having a pint of a really icy cold drink of water or squash can help. And fresh air. Make sure you try to relax your muscles too and take deep breaths; I’m a nightmare for hunching my shoulders and clenching my jaw which doesn’t help! I’ve heard that some midwives recommend drinking some coke but personally this makes me a lot worse.

Hello - I feel your pain I'm 17+1 and get headaches most days but didn't in the 1st trimester really. After chatting with the midwife we worked out the sickness bands I wore in my first trimester May have been easing headaches! Essentially they just press your acupuncture pressure points so help with more than just sickness. I decided to give them a go again this week and low and behold they have seriously helped. They are only a few £ on Amazon so worth a try!!!
