Experiences of pregnancy after IVF / infertility

I wondered if people would like to share their experiences of pregnancy after infertility or IVF. I have posted on other threads. In my experience the ante-natal services in Ireland are unable to provide extra support / reasurance for people with out experiences, once pregnant you are pretty much the same as anyone else.
I am 21 weeks and counting.

My experience was that after the first three early scans were ok I was discharged to the care of my GP/midwife - I was thrilled to bits to be considered 'normal' after the roller coaster ride of fertility treatment.

The couple of times I saw my GP for (minor) concerns the term 'precious baby' came up - as in 'this is a precious baby - of course all babies are precious...' and I did feel supported/reassured.
