My body physically doesn't feel like it's changing I feel my lower tummy looks and feels exactly the same as before, I every so often feel a bit bloated.
I feel sick, tired funny head at times.
Off of some foods and usually love water now can only drink juice.

I had a miscarriage at the start of the year where I thought I was nine weeks but baby had no heart beat and was measuring 6+6.
I'm terrified of having to go through surgery and the loss process again.

At 8 weeks should I be starting to change physically??

You definitely shouldn’t be showing that early @Soapie19 . Your womb is still very small and hidden behind the pubic bone. NHS pregnancy guides week by week can give you more information as well on what to expect at 8. (Although I’m feeling that i have been showing since week 4 because of how bloated I get after dinner, the belly just gets just massive 😅) Understand the post MC anxiety though - got a scan coming up myself and worrying, but the symptoms are at least a little reassuring xx
