What do those of you who have had a miscarriage do to make the first 12 weeks more bearable? We had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and have found out I'm pregnant again, we're so happy and feel so lucky but I'm also terrified of another loss
I don't want to worry and stress for the next 8 weeks but don't know how to keep myself from thinking the worst, any advice or tips would be great
