I have had the mirena for three and a half years.
Last Monday I had a bleed that lasted one day. ( I don't normally bleed on mirena) and brown spotting on Wednesday. This reminded me of my implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy.
In the last few days my breasts have grown noticeably and become really warm. The bumps around my nippes are raised also.
I'm sleeping constantly and started feeling really bloated.
I took a pregnancy test today I think It might have been called Answer and the test was negative.
This has confused me massively, could it just be too early for the test to pick it up? I thought with the swollen breasts etc it would be picked up on any test?
Any idea how many days after possible implantation bleeding I would test positive?
Obviously, with my mirena in situ the chance of ectopic is high and we are in no way prepared for a 3rd hence the mirena!
Any experiences or help would be appreciated.x
