Pelvic/vag discomfort/pain when walking

29weeks today, I'm getting pain/discomfort in the pelvic/vaginal area when walking. This eases a fair bit if I effective 'man spread' but as soon as my legs close its uncomfortable.

Yesterday I ended up having a nap on the sofa and had one leg up on the back just to ease the discomfort. I've got a birthing/exercise ball arriving today as read this can help.

If anyone else has had issues and found things that work I'd appreciate the guidance.

Sounds like pelvic girdle pain. Have a look at the Pelvic Partnership website/Facebook page.Manual therapy seems to be key for PGP, things like physio/Chiro/osteo therapies. Also being mindful of the ways in which you are moving, try and keep your knees and hips in line, ie. Not manspreading when sitting or getting in and out of the car. Mine started at 14 weeks this time. I've just had my first Chiropractic treatment session and have another 5 booked in so hoping this treats it, the Chiro seems to think it won't take many sessions. I had osteotherapy last pregnancy but didn't really rate it, it helped for about 24-48 hours at a time only.
