Opinions-possible chemical pregnancy

Hi everyone,

I suppose I’m on here as I’m just looking for opinions on what I’m currently going through. I began taking a pregnancy test Wednesday last week, my period was due 3 days ago. I had quite a bad mmc mid May and me and my other half decided to begin trying once again. Only the tests I’ve been doing each day have not been getting darker (test have been done according to packets and not read after the timescales). I contacted the GP and had a blood pregnancy test done waiting for the results to come back. However I’ve just began bleeding later on today, at first it was spotting now it is light (but bright red) it’s not heavy only light (sorry for the tmi) . I called the gp first and they said to call epas. I called the epas unit and explained and they said they wouldn’t be able to do anything Until the results came back for the blood test. I’m sat here worrying as I have this feeling I’m miscarrying. Do you think this would be a chemical pregnancy? Has anybody have anything similar happen? Did anyone have this and walked away with a beautiful wee baby at the end of it? Opinions and thoughts would be grateful x thank you x

I had this. Bled clots and all.

DD currently asleep next to me.

Can you book a private early scan? Hope all is well with the pregnancy OP. It's such a horrible limbo feeling x

Unfortunately not , I would be 5 weeks on Sunday. You have to be 6 before booking a scan, I just hope it slows down. It’s honestly the worst feeling, not knowing where you stand. Thank you for sharing, I’m glad to hear that someone managed to get a wee bundle at the end of it. I just have to keep everything crossed xx

Don't know if this is near you but they do scans from 5 weeks :)
