I used to go to the gym a lot, several years ago, but I’ve been down to once or twice a week for the past year or two due to work. I know it’s not great to suddenly ramp up the exercise in pregnancy, but I want to do a bit more.
There are some pregnancy swimming classes near me (which I suspect will be lovely, but not hugely energetic) and pregnancy yoga but the timings don’t really work for me. Are they worth it, or am I better off doing something by myself (likely finally dragging myself to the pool)?
