I’m 6 weeks pregnant and last Friday I had some bad stomach cramps in the night, was really sick and started bleeding in the morning for a few hours and then brown spotting and bloating until Tuesday. And today I’ve stopped having any symptoms. I’ve had a bit of nausea but none today, no more sore breast just nothing. Did a pregnancy test this morning and the line was faint. I feel like I’m not pregnant anymore and started having some brown spotting again. Could this mean I’m not pregnant? How can I know? Should I ring my gp or go to a&e? I don’t know what to do.
