Bloody show or not?

I had a sweep 11 hours ago. Just wondering if this is my bloody show or is it to do with the sweep? Thanks

It's kind of unreliable after a sweep to look out for your show.. as the practitioner doing your sweep would have dilated you slightly to do it, hence releasing the mucus.

If you hadn't have had a sweep and had this show, it would mean that you were dilating naturally and labour could be imminent.

Sorry if that's not much help. However I've had several sweeps in my pregnancies.. for my son the first one didn't work, second did. Daughter the first one worked as my waters broke the next day. Good luck!!
