Extreme Nipple/breast pain during pregnancy

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues during pregnancy?

I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and this week I’ve been experiencing sudden pains through my breast/nipples that have me keeled over in agony. I’m not sure if this is normal?

Pain usually lasts 5-10 minutes and just starts randomly.

I used to get bad pain if I was cold or out in bad wind etc - literally started putting little foot socks in my bra to warm them! 🤣

😂 I might have to try this to see that’s the reason they are hurting. Literally try anything to stop the pain!
