Stomach ache all around tummy at 6 weeks pregnant

Hey guys! This is my second pregnancy and I thought this time around would be the exact same as my first pregnancy but even now at 6 weeks it's a completely different feeling with different symptoms😫 however, I've been having tummy ache that is basically all over my stomach and not just in my lower abdomen like normal cramps would be and I don't remember if I had this when I was pregnant before or if this is something new. I'm still experiencing all other pregnancy symptoms like feeling sick, breast tenderness, fatigue etc but this is just worrying me a little bit. I'm not bleeding or anything either. I do have a private scan booked for Sunday but I'm very impatient and just want some reassurance

Does it feel like heartburn / bloating by any chance? I’ve had that since week 4, not normal for me outside of PG, alongside constipation, trapped gas - sorry TMI - but explains the stomach aches I get (in addition to lower belly twinges that feel more like stretching..) If it’s mild and not constant, likely very normal but if it really hurts might be best to contact GP/midwife? (Although chances are they’ll just say to take paracetamol and rest…) x

It’s probably indigestion. I’ve had a lot more belly twinges with my second. Midwife said it’s because the womb has stretched and contracted back once before which can leave scar tissue and make it more sensitive in general.

It's not painful to a point where I need to take paracetamol or sit down for a second. It's just slightly sharp pains. I do also get pulling and tugging which I mostly feel at night and I know that those are pretty normal and same with round ligament pains too. Sorry if this is tmi but I have been very bloated and quite gassy as well and sometimes these pains are relieved if I pass gas (sorry🤣) but sometimes i will be feeling these tummy pains for around half an hour to an hour and then they will go and then maybe come back the next day. It's hard to explain but they're not extremely painful

It's more like the type of pains you get when you've eaten something that doesn't agree with you. Sharp pains all around your belly but are worse at the top of your tummy, if that makes any sense
