Mild pain on left side of stomach

Hi all- looking for some advice please.

I’m 21 weeks pregnant with my first no issues with cramps or bleeding so far but I have a twinge in my lower stomach on the left hand side.
It’s not sharp but is noticeable and starting noticing last night.

I tried calling the non emergency midwife line but can’t get through and it doesn’t feel like an emergency issue.

Does anyone know if this sounds normal / if I should contact the hospital?

I'm 22 weeks on Saturday and get twinges there and on right side, and sometimes a wierd lower flank pain when I cough or strain. I haven't told midwife as it feels like what round ligament pain is described as, and the baby is growing quickly and moving organs about by now. If it's a bad pain or you're worried it's worth asking though!
