Rhr dip at 6-7 weeks

I'm getting a little worried. My rhr has started to decrease. I am 5+6 today. Is it normal?

Please don't base predictions of how a pregnancy is developing on resting heart rate! Think of how easily heart rate can fluctuate.

The only way is via scanning (bit too early) or checking blood HCG levels.

I panicked about this in early pregnancy too. Mine started to dip around 7 weeks. After reading a lot of forum posts I found it's quite common to dip around that time. I took my watch off to stop me worrying and I'm so glad I did. 19 weeks now and everything is going well. Hope that reassures you a bit x
