Hi,

New to mumsnet - trying to get to grips with the lingo.

I’m 34wks with first child, she is transverse and moves positions every week. Since Saturday i’ve been experiencing really bad back pain - sitting/ standing/ walking and my vagina goes a little numb. Also, internally I’m experiencing an opening and closing sensation… and then pressure like something is dropping and going back up. Today i have some cramps below my bump and to one side.. feel different to BHs and round ligament pain.

Has anyone else experienced any of this?

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and get a lot of downward pressure and some back pain, comes and goes really, depends on how active I am, I can imagine that being transverse she's causing all kinds of discomfort. Mine is constantly flipping around. If you are worried though, always worth contacting your midwife.

We've got a September due date group on here if you fancy joining it :)
