Was this a show?

I'm currently 38 + 5 weeks pregnant. On Friday night I had what I thought was the start of a show although I wasn't sure as there wasn't much there. I've had nothing since then and no other signs labour is near. Does this look like a show or something else?

I had a similar bleed last week at 36 weeks. It happened twice throughout the night so I called maternity assessment. They brought me in but when I showed them the photos they said that a bit of spotting like that can be normal, I think they said something about changes to your cervix as it starts preparing for labour or something?
