4.5 Litres of Water Too Much?

I am going to double check with midwife too, but does anyone have any experience of this?
I'm in East Anglia, so pretty toasty here atm, but still 4.5 litres seems a lot? I don't feel ill or anything, other than have had a slight headache which is gone now, which could just be general pregnancy pain, or due to heat or tiredness looking after a toddler... Thoughts please!!

that's seems a lot, you can drink too much water but ask the midwife

That is a lot of water @QS90 , I would take care that you are also taking in enough salts/electrolytes to balance it.
